Another FTM reviewer here. Normally I love Underworks as I've had great experiences with their chest binders and was excited to try this as a pre-t guy with very thick thighs and rear area, but this was awful. It's made of an extremely stiff and uncomfortable material that chafes against your nether regions like crazy even with an extra pair of undergarments underneath, and makes it extremely difficult to walk. I'm an active person but I couldn't walk for longer than five minutes in these without getting fatigued and having to go home. The effect on my hips and thighs wasn't even that noticeable, and I don't think it's worth suffering through all this just for a very slightly smaller backside and thighs. All it accomplished was creating an unfortunate muffin top look and dealing me a great deal of discomfort and pain.
