Our aluminum quick connect camlock barb shanks allow you to convert your fire and discharge hoses into quick connect camlock hoses. These are the easiest and most convenient hose couplings you can find. With these hose shanks you can simply slide your hoses on, and band the hose down with our simple screw operated worm clamps.

You can easily hook your hoses together without headache in a few seconds. That's why they call them quick!

Hooking It Up

It takes about a minute to hook your hose up with these connectors.

Slide your hose straight into the barb end.
Band it together with (2) screw operated hose clamps.
That's it, you're finished!

The standard hose clamps from a general hardware store are good for up to 75 psi which is good for residential and light industrial use. If you have higher water pressures you'll need to get it banded with stronger clamps and a clamping tool.

You don't need any special tools to operate camlock adapters. Just flip the handles up, insert the male end, and lock them down.

The aluminum cam and groove fitting has a straight body with two openings for connecting two hoses or pipes with cam and groove fittings The body is made of aluminum for lightweight operation, and it has cam lock levers for locking the fitting's male groove adapter into female cam couplers. Equipped with a nitrile rubber seal so it's rated for fuel service transfer, or use in commercial or industrial flow systems, such as water transport and treatment, waste management, and in petroleum systems, among others, but it should not be used in compressed air or steam applications.
