Scarborough Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio offering high quality one-on-one sessions and group classes in Scarborough, Maine just 15 mins from downtown Portland. At Scarborough Pilates I give you personalized attention, safe and functional teaching. I understand that in each of us we have great strengthens and imbalances so that no two bodies are the same. My aim is to work with each student as an individual with unique needs and your sessions or classes will be geard towards your own individual goals. Scarbourgh Pilates welcomes people of all ages and levels of physical ability. I have many years of experience teaching individuals with a variety of conditions, osteoporosis, individuals aging gracefully, those in need to some extra fitness needs and I am able to work with injuries of all types.
