Heavy Duty Colour Coded Springs 6x colour coded heavy duty commercial springs - 2x Heavy (red), 2x Medium (green) and 2x Light (yellow). Wide Range of Resistance In addition to the 6x colour coded springs, this unit comes with a 3 tier resistance design that allows users to dial in micro adjustments, and maximise improvements in strength with more refined adjustments.
