This is a fabulous pair of 1960s era ladies pants made in leopard printed velvet. These are quite wonderful with legs that end with a wide bell bottom - the bell bottom is on the width rather than the depth. The are made in a hip hugger style, not the lowest rise, but still hiphuggers. They do up the front with a brass metal zipper and a leather tab with a snap at the waistline.
