I’m Lauren, a registered nurse, certified reflexologist, Jesus-lover, mom and PMDD warrior. For over a decade, I constantly found myself struggling to manage the anxiety and overwhelm I would get in the week before my period. I often felt lost, crazy, like I was failing my family, friends and God. Things started to shift when I began implementing holistic wellness practices and habits into ALL areas of my life. I learned that if I was going to make it to the other side each month, I would need to find my “medicine” that focused on keeping my body well, my mind clear and my identity in God strong.
