The Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) provisionally entered into force in September 2017. A new report from Global Affairs Canada says that Canada-EU merchandise trade in the 2018 to 2019 fiscal year grew by 21% compared to 2016, the last full year before CETA became applicable.
