There are no powder or any explosives, these are completely inert and safe These bullets are made in Australia from surplus bullets that have been fired one time. The bullets are then recycled and repurposed, By giving new life to spent ammunition, used casings are kept out of landfills. NOTE: These decommissioned bullets are safe because they do not contain any active gun powder or primer. They will not explode and they cannot be reused in a gun. However, due to the fact that these dummy bullets strongly resemble live ammunition, it is wise to leave them at home when you are planning on flying, going to school, or any place where live ammunition would not be permitted.
