Question about premium tank squads - Mess Room - Enlisted

So if someone was to buy one of these squads below, can they use a different tank or are they locked to the tank they are purchased with? I’m wondering if buying either of these allows another floating squad I can use with campaign acquired tanks. I realize the purchased tank can only be used by the purchased squad.
